This video of a young Washington man reciting a poem about his spiritual journey, has quickly gone viral with more than 16 million hits, launching lots of conversation about religion. His enthusiasm for his new realization — that Religion can be stifling whereas Christ’s original intention (as is true of all great spiritual teachers) was to open our hearts and bring freedom to our minds and souls — is truly infectious.
